Question:  What are the differences among Executive Office Suites, Traditional Office Facilities,  "Virtual" Offices and "Office-on-the-Go"?

Answer:

Executive Suite Facilities are providers of turnkey, instantly functional offices (generally in "class-a" buildings) that offer tenants short-term leases (6 months to 2 years) little to no capital expense advantages, and often up to 65% or more savings over traditional leases.

Traditional Office Facilities (in comparable "class-a" buildings) are providers of the standard long-term office leases (3 to 10 years) generally requiring considerable capital investment, a minimum amount of square footage (1,000 and up), and triple net leases—building CAM (Common Area Maintenance, including inside and outside building security, parking, landscaping, etc.) based upon actual cost regardless of initial estimates; square footage lease charges that increases annually; HVAC (acronym for Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning), with separate meter charges for leased space paid directly by tenant.

"Virtual" Office Facilities are ideal for tenants who require an office facility that handles their mail, incoming phone calls, the various additional support features found in Executive Office Facilities but the tenant does NOT require a formal, full time office for conducting his or her day to day business.  A "Virtual" office offers everything including a building directory listing personal phone number even a dedicated office when needed.  If he or she requires an office or conference room for an hour or a day or more, they can rent one on an "as needed" basis.  This is an ideal setup for someone just starting out in business or does not want the expense of paying for a full time office.

"Office-on-the-Go" - If you need office space, a meeting room or conference room for an hour or two or a day or two from time to time, we have the space for you.  Just give us a call and tell us what you need and when you need it.  No long term commitment is required.
 

Question:  What makes you different from the other executive offices in the area?

Answer:     
              We are an independently operated office suite.  We're not part of a major 
               national corporate structure.  As such, we are able to offer personalized
               service to our tenants.  We're available to answer questions, offer assistance
               with various problems, including computer operation and most programs,     

               We are also affiliated with over 450 executive office facilities worldwide in the event you
               have need for complimentary accommodations in other areas at times.    

               We offer website design and development and will get your website published and promoted
               on the Internet.
 

Question:  I'm use to renting on a price per square foot basis.  Why do you only quote cost on a flat monthly rent basis?

Answer:
              You are probably use to receiving quotes on generic floor space (bare walls,  carpeting and
               ceiling lighting.  It's up to you to finish the space, furnish it, install phones, Internet connections,
              fax lines, conference rooms,  hire and pay receptionists, secretarial help, buy office equipment,
              set up voice mail systems and more.  All of this is included in our Executive Office Space. 
             All you need is your briefcase.  You cannot compare the square footage cost of  bare office
             space with a fully finished and furnished executive office suite, complete with a staff of employees.
