In-House Consultants

Williams Investment Realty, Inc. maintains an "Affinity Relationship" with several professionals within our executive office suites, who serve on our Advisory Board. These specialists include: Attorneys, CPA's, Marketing Specialists, etc. Williams policy regarding an affinity relationship with these individuals is to provide our clients convenient assistance and a high level of safety by utilizing (at our sole option and expense) professionals known to us.

It is not our policy, however, to accept referral compensation from any independent, non-affiliated member of our Advisory Board, nor do we encourage our clients to privately engage, at their expense, the services of these Advisory Board members. The services of any advisor or consultant that we may utilize because of location convenience or previous experience does not indicate an endorsement or guarantee of suitability by any of the parties.

We sincerely believe that the availability of highly ethical professionals, at one convenient location, capable of providing many of the needed services mandatory for the safety completing and protecting the interests of those engaged in today's complicated and costly real estate transactions, should more than justify any possible added expense. Naturally, the "qualification evaluation," engagement and payment for professional services provided by any independent, non-affiliate of Williams Investment Realty, Inc. is the sole responsibility of the individuals requesting or utilizing such services.
