The Suite 300, Attorney's Special Advantage
Program is ideal for attorneys that do not want the expense or
commitment of a full-time office, but a
convenient, professional business address with the personnel to handle
important communication needs properly.
This plan provides you with access to convenient downtown office
facilities, in one of the most prestigious
"Class-A" office buildings in Boca Raton. Reception-switchboard, personnel
will handle your calls, take messages,
assist your walk-in clients, receive and forward your mail; plus,
you will have access to all of the many business
services and state-of-the -art equipment available in our modern communications
center
STAFFED OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. - 5 P.M..
(after hours accessibility is also available).
MONTHLY RATE: $75 to $195 based upon requirements.
IMMEDIATE BENEFITS:
►Use of our prestigious Boca Raton
business address as well as our multi-line phone number and fax number for
your letterhead, business cards and literature. Your existing personal
phone number may also be utilized if desired.
Building Lobby Directory listing available as required.
►Professional telephone receptionist
services during business hours. Use of our phone lines and number at no
extra
charge. The ability to have your own personal line installed in our new
modern digital switchboard if desired.
Advanced voice-mail features and services, pages, e-mail, DSL high speed Internet, public
records information, law library usage,
electronic legal forms, photocopies, secretarial services, computer
services...are all available.
►Professional reception personnel to greet and assist your clients and guests.
►Mail receipt and sorting daily (charge for forwarding).
►Up to sixteen hours per month,
non-cumulative private workstation availability, four to six hours per month of
special meeting room use availability, or conference room availability when
preferred -- up to four hours per month.--
at a special discounted rate of $20 per hour.
►Fully equipped conference room (DSL,
modem and overhead projector equipped), deposition room, and
boardroom are available upon request at an additional charge over the base
hourly allowance provided.
►Attractive, fully furnished,
executive offices, including telephone and multiple phone lines instantly ready
for use,
when the need, or preference, of a private fulltime office is required, rentable
on a monthly or yearly basis.
