William J. Oswald

President and founder of Williams Investment Realty, Inc.; a licensed Florida real estate broker.  Mr. Oswald is experienced in providing real estate management consulting services, supervising both government and private brokerage services of quality residential and commercial properties. He is the former CEO of a national consulting organization. Mr. Oswald has a masters degree in Business Administration and is listed in Florida Social Registers, Who's Who in Business and Finance and Who's Who in the World.

Today his efforts are focused on providing a real estate service that is especially beneficial for sellers and buyers of quality Florida properties by utilizing a unique team of professionals when representing a client as their agent.

Residential Manager: Janet Campagnone

Janet has provided residential and commercial brokerage services for Williams Investment Realty, Inc. for many years. She has been the president and owner of a successful Boca Raton real estate firm and the General Manager of a prominent New York publication. Her college background includes many advanced real estate courses. Janet is an active member of several real estate associations and civic organizations, including V.P. Ways & Means Chairman of the Humanitarian Society, Inc.. She is a true expert when it comes to obtaining results and protecting the clients' interests in a real estate transaction.

Ronald Peasley

Ron has exceptional experience in handling the administrative and maintenance operations of various large facilities, including large apartment complexes and condo associations. He obtained his Florida real estate license and property management license in 1988. He has an extensive background in telephone communications and the building trade.

Commercial/Investment Manger - Milt Tanzer

Milt has been a commercial/investment real estate broker in SE Florida since 1968. He specializes in Residential Income properties as well as shopping centers, office buildings and mobile home parks. He owned his own office for several years and is a past director and chairman of professional standards for an area board of Realtors.

He received his professional designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors) in 1972.

He is the author of three books on real estate investing for Prentice Hall division of Simon and Schuster. His first, "Real Estate Investments And How To Make Them" was first released in 1982 and became a best seller. Now released in an all revised third edition, it includes a computer course program based on the book.

As a computer programmer, Milt has written investment analysis programs.

He has given numerous investment seminars around the country for both Realtors and the general public.

He has helped countless investors become successful in real estate investing.
